In cement preheaters, ceramic inner tubes have become the preferred solution for key parts (such as cyclones, heat exchange pipes, decomposition furnaces, etc.) due to their excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.
When selecting, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the operating temperature, corrosiveness, and cost budget. Silicon carbide ceramics should be promoted in high-temperature and high-wear areas (such as C4-C5 and decomposition furnaces) first, and high-aluminum ceramics can be used in medium and low temperature sections.
