Since most of the cements are facing with the wear problems such as impacting wear, sliding wear. Moreover no original drawing, a plenty of customers invite us to go to their plant during the exhibition hold on Hanoi Vietnam. Therefore we went to seven cement plants in Vietnam after finished the cement expo.
During the cement factory visiting, we found that some of plants are using no-properly materials which cause the using life of the parts get shorten. For example,some of factory choose the alloy steel hammer to crushed the clay. As the clay is soft stuff, its main problem is toughness, therefore, we recommend the bimetallic hammer to customer and give them the expected using life. Finally customer is really satisfied with the new material.
