Types of rotary kiln head and tail sealing devices

The sealing devices of rotary kiln mainly include fish scale seal, cylinder seal, graphite block seal, labyrinth seal and baffle seal, etc.

Kiln head sealing device: SM type (graphite block type) or GP type (fish scale type) kiln head sealing device is adopted, which can automatically compensate for the swing of the kiln barrel during operation and the reciprocating movement along the axial direction during operation, preventing cold air from entering and hot air and dust from flowing out.

Kiln tail sealing device: It adopts the cylinder compression end face contact type, which is composed of radial sealing rings, fixed friction rings, suspension rods, cylinders, etc. that can move with the kiln barrel but do not rotate themselves, to ensure the sealing of the kiln tail and prevent material and hot air leakage.
